The Consultation:

During this initial meeting with Dr. Ruiz, he will go over your health history as well as ask you questions - in order to gather accurate information about your present condition. Your first consultation is complimentary and should last approximately 5-10 miinutes.

The Examination:

The examination consists of a series of tests in which Dr. Ruiz continues to gather information about your present health condition. This may include, but is not limited to the following:

• Observation: Gait & posture analysis
• Inspection: looking closely at the area(s) of concern
• Palpation - placing of his hands on the area(s) of concern
• Neurological tests: determining the function of the nervous system
• Orthopedic tests: Checking your movement
• Chiropractic: checking the spine and extremities for normal movement
